We just closed on our dream mountain retreat in Woodland Park, and the entire experience was made possible by the incredible Kris Helwege. As we were buying this as a second home from out of the area, we knew we needed a realtor with unmatched local knowledge, and she exceeded every expectation. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Kris understood the unique nuances of mountain living. She educated us on many facets of mountain living and helped us navigate the unknown. Since we were remote, she was our trusted eyes and ears on the ground. She was incredibly responsive. When it came time to make an offer, she was a masterful negotiator and guided us through the process from contract to closing. Even after we closed, her service didn't stop.
