My husband and I are moving from out of state to Colorado Springs and we didn't know the area. Luckily, Chris came highly recommended to us and we reached out to him. He is wonderful, thoughtful, fun and a great steward. He made our house search extremely easy. We shared with Chris our criteria and he did all the work starting with pre-work, showing market statistics and graphs. Very high tech and impressive. He was very knowledgeable with the neighborhoods and provided us with helpful information to support the market trends. With our limited time, Chris blocked two-days of open house tours and we identified the home on the second day, placed an offer and the home was accepted within hours on the same day! He is very well connected and worked expeditiously to securing our home. The entire process was seamless; from a great supporting team to the recommendation of a wonderful loan agent. Great follow-up and all done above and beyond expectations. A huge Thank You to Chris for everything. You are a Rockstar!

Chris helped us sell a house owned by an trust--a little more complicated because we were not the actual owners and we were out of town. He was great to work with--enthusiastic, willing to discuss any and every detail, exceedingly helpful. He got the house listed promptly; he had a roofer check out the roof before we even signed a contract with him. He kept us informed with weekly emails and on showings and feedback from prospective buyers. Once we had an offer, he arranged for the inspection resolution repairs. Chris has been a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.

I could not recommend Chris Cowles more highly. He is more than I expected in a realtor; his knowledge of the Colorado Springs neighborhoods, what I could expect in certain ages of homes, connection with and understanding of the community were invaluable. Chris was always on top of showing me homes that fit my criteria and helping me understand exactly what I was looking at, showing me a home as soon as possible. He helped us get our dream house at a great price and I couldn't be more grateful to have had him as an asset during our home search and negotiations. Chris did an excellent job, on a quick timeline, helping my wife search and quickly narrow down our search. He was particularly astute in perceiving my wife's preferences so no time was wasted. We found our house in a two day search and jumped right in to the purchase process. I also must say that Chris was astounding in his willingness to assist us during our move, for he drove over five hours to pick me up when my car broke down during our move. An excellent realtor and great all around guy, Chris will help you find the house you need and stick with you until it is yours. Thanks, Chris!
