Tyler Carr

Tyler helped us officially close on our first home today and we are incredibly excited! We could not have asked for more in a realtor. As we started the home search, he was extremely patient, flexible, and encouraging. He booked us showings for every home that we were interested in and made himself available around our schedules. When it came time to put in an offer, he gave great advice to make us competitive while also making it clear that it was entirely up to us and what we were comfortable with. Throughout the whole process, he was in constant communication with us, our lender, and the listing agent. We had a quick close and that would not have been possible without Tyler! He is the absolute best!
