My husband and I are moving from out of state to Colorado Springs and we didn't know the area. Luckily, Chris came highly recommended to us and we reached out to him. He is wonderful, thoughtful, fun and a great steward. He made our house search extremely easy. We shared with Chris our criteria and he did all the work starting with pre-work, showing market statistics and graphs. Very high tech and impressive. He was very knowledgeable with the neighborhoods and provided us with helpful information to support the market trends. With our limited time, Chris blocked two-days of open house tours and we identified the home on the second day, placed an offer and the home was accepted within hours on the same day! He is very well connected and worked expeditiously to securing our home. The entire process was seamless; from a great supporting team to the recommendation of a wonderful loan agent. Great follow-up and all done above and beyond expectations. A huge Thank You to Chris for everything. You are a Rockstar!

Chris and everyone at Cutting Edge have been amazing!!! Selling a home and buying one can be so stressful but the team was there for us every step of the way! They were our constant during this crazy market. Got our home sold right away and did an amazing job getting us a new home. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I can't recommend Chris and his team enough. This was my first time selling a home and it went as smooth as it possibly could. Chris and his team were so helpful and extremely professional.
