Of all the realtors I've met and dealt with over the years, Chris Cowles is by far the best! On every level he scored a perfect 10. I started house hunting a year before my funds were available. In spite of this, Chris was patient and continued to stay in touch and send listings, never asking me to sign an exclusive contract with him. When I brought it up and offered to sign one, he said it wasn't necessary. This was unusual, and impressive. Then when I was finally able to purchase, I jumped from wanting to buy a commercial/residential property, to a home on an acre, and finally decided to purchase an inexpensive condo. Chris expressed concerns over the first two properties, and his research uncovered issues that would have been disastrous had I proceeded. After I went in a whole other direction with the condo, Chris was just as eager and excited to help, even though his commission would be much less. He truly has the clients best interest in mind, and you feel like he's got your back at all times. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market, enjoys crunching numbers, and has a super pleasant personality! He'll drop what he's doing with his family if necessary, to show his client a property, as he knows in this hot market you can't afford to delay viewing a property you are interested in! Chris is just an utter a joy to work with and he'll forever be my realtor!

Chris is a true seasoned professional. Over the years, our family has entrusted Chris to take point on mulitple home purchases and the first sale of our home in 2019. Not only did Chris assimilate a wealth of data to accurately pinpoint our market value, he provided assistance with staging, final home cleaning and any question that we could possibly throw at him. Brandon Shanahan

Brandon's maturity and job knowledge exceed someone his age. He is very honest, has a strong work ethic, is very responsive and reliable, and stepped up on several occasions in representing us when we were not available for our home inspection. He reached out on our behalf to the title company to help ensure our closing date stayed on tract. Brandon was both very patient dealing with us (as buyers) and his counterpart. He was a true pleasure to work with and if you want a hard working agent with high integrity, then Brandon is your man. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate using him again.
