Chris is simply incredible, I first met with Chris nearly a year before I purchased my home back in 2015. Chris helped me understand all the ins and outs when it comes to owning your first home, and truly made the process a fun experience. Chris's knowledge of the industry surpasses anyone I have ever met, and Chris is always my go-to for any friend or family thinking about selling or buying a home. I used to think realtors were like used car salesmen, but Chris changed my view on this. Chris Loves his job, his family, Colorado and helping people find the right fit for their needs and it shows in how he always goes above and beyond. Chris Cowles

A little while back Chris Cowles was my listing agent. I was going a tough time and had to sell my house fas. Chris made the transaction so simple. He even drove up to my lender up in Denver to work out the details of the sale of the house to expedite things my experience was so great I have recommended him to several friends that also choose Chris to sell their existing home and buy a new home. He is currently representing my parents as a buyers agent and was able to find them a great home in the extreamly difficult market. I will continue to recommend Chris and will be useing him an all future real estate deals.

Chris Cowles

Chris was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working in helping our family find our first home. We were moving to town from out of state and he was able to provide us with tons of local information relating to the different schools and neighborhoods months in advance of our house hunting. When we flew into town to look at homes, he had a bunch all lined up and ready for us to hop in his car and go. He was also able to direct us to a great lender who was very easy to work with as well as a great company for homeowners insurance. Chris was able to help us not only find a home in 3 days but also negotiate the price down in a very short amount of time. If we ever buy/sell again in the Springs, we will definitely use Chris again.
