So yesterday was a big day for me. I purchased my first home. I have heard that the home buying experience can be stressful and frustrating. I can't relate though because my real estate agent Brandon Shanahan made it easy for me. He was professional, hard working, and made the process easy. There was times where I wanted to view a house and he would have it in the works before I could even finish the conversation with him. There are different variables or obstacles that can get in the way of house searching. Brandon worked through all that for me and made the process simple. He booked the viewings when I was free. His organization made the viewing schedule effortless. I could go on and on about how good the experience was. If you want a real estate agent that will make you his number one priority, and will do his absolute best through it all he is the person to go to. I will go through him for all my future buys and sales.

Brandon's maturity and job knowledge exceed someone his age. He is very honest, has a strong work ethic, is very responsive and reliable, and stepped up on several occasions in representing us when we were not available for our home inspection. He reached out on our behalf to the title company to help ensure our closing date stayed on tract. Brandon was both very patient dealing with us (as buyers) and his counterpart. He was a true pleasure to work with and if you want a hard working agent with high integrity, then Brandon is your man. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate using him again.
