Chris did an excellent job, on a quick timeline, helping my wife search and quickly narrow down our search. He was particularly astute in perceiving my wife's preferences so no time was wasted. We found our house in a two day search and jumped right in to the purchase process. I also must say that Chris was astounding in his willingness to assist us during our move, for he drove over five hours to pick me up when my car broke down during our move. An excellent realtor and great all around guy, Chris will help you find the house you need and stick with you until it is yours. Thanks, Chris!

When it came time to put in an offer, he gave great advice to make us competitive while also making it clear that it was entirely up to us and what we were comfortable with. Buying a house is never easy but with the right realtor the process can be an amazing experience! I was very nervous when I started looking into buying my first home as a young father. I reached out to Brandon to see what the steps were and he did a tremendous job getting me all the details I needed. I went from having a lot of anxiety about the process to being excited for the home buying experience. It is so easy to get discouraged by the housing market today. As we navigated through the viewings and making offers there were times that I got down about the process. Brandon kept a positive attitude through it all and because of that I found my first home. I called it home on purpose because that's what it became. I have so many amazing memories at my first home. It was the first time my son had his own room and that was something special to me. Not only did it become my first home it also became a tremendous investment. I lived there for two years before I started looking at upgrading. I reached out to Brandon again to see how the process worked and he had nothing but the answers I needed. Listing my first home for sale was such an easy process. Looking for an upgrade was a time that I will always remember. Since my first home was a big investment it put me in a position to upgrade more than I thought I could. As I write this message I am currently sitting in my new home. As memories start to build up all I can do is thank Brandon for his hard work. He was professional, polite and a down to earth person. He truly cared about getting me in the right home. His knowledge helped me pick the right home at the price I was comfortable with. It may be his job to be a real estate agent but never once did he come off as just that. I will recommend him to anyone because of who he is as a person!
